Collaboration
One of our core values is to work together with our clients towards shared goals. Through stakeholder meetings and face-to-face conversations, we find out what information the design team is lacking. We need to understand the What, Why and How behind your project. This dialogue begins the process and continues, with varying intensity, at each stage of design and extends into the construction. Throughout the development of the design we will keep you informed through regular Project meetings, progress reports, and other communications. We like to see a job well done and want to earn your trust. Your feedback is the means to achieving the goals of your project.
Professional Excellence
As a licensed architect under the Ontario Association of Architects, we conform to our profession's Code of Ethics. We seek to provide the best information available, whether from sub-consultants, suppliers or contractors, when advising you during the design process. We effectively manage project costs, maintain schedules, produce high-quality deliverables, maintain readily accessible documents and data files, and produce concise and timely reporting during the life of your project. In the construction community, safety is top priority. We are concerned with working safe on site and want to implement safety by design. To manage quality assurance, we use project specific checklists, work plans and can include peer-review.
Project Management Approach
Our management approach is based on sound and practical solutions, involving consultant coordination, along with relevant design and construction expertise. We work in a proactive planning process, paired with risk management, to implement the project solution. During construction, we use industry standard practices to ensure the project is progressing on schedule and within budget.
